Reviews Summary

Visitors rave about the authentic Namibian street food experience at Single Quarters Market, particularly the delicious and reasonably priced Kapana. The vibrant atmosphere, especially on Sundays, and the opportunity to immerse in local culture are major draws. Some find the initial vendor approaches overwhelming, but most agree it's a must-visit for a true taste of Windhoek.

"You can't come into Windhoek and not hit the streets Katutura, a local township for the Kapana. The Single Quarters open air market is where you find carcasses of beef. There are local braai kings who braai the meat however you like it and you dip it in the local Kapana special spice.
The meat is eaten with a salsa that you can buy at the market. You can also eat it with pap. The market gets so busy, you will even find tourist busses just here to taste some Kapana 😋
From the market you can cross the road to Bix carwash were the party continues. Sunday's are always the best days to visit as there's a chilled vibe and locals are in a groovy mood."

"Good vibes at single quarters.
We went there to enjoy kapana, and we definitely did enjoy the meat 🍖 it was nice and tasted.

Just when you get there, all the people run up to you to offer service, and you will get full before you can, but meat 🍖 because they will be offering taste all of them at once.

Otherwise, it's a good place to be and enjoy the culture of Namibia 🇳🇦.
Especially when you are from the hood, you will enjoy showing things that are done here. Nothing to worry about, just be yourself and enjoy the famous Kapana meat 🍖 of Namibia 🇳🇦.

The price is reasonable and meat is taste.

If you are in Namibia 🇳🇦 make it a point that you go support local business at single quarters but buy meat and devour for enjoyment.

Keep up the good work to all the traders of small businesses of single quarters.
It's a good place, and they use there is a lot of traders at this point doing different kond of things.
They fix fridges and fix tv sets.

If you did not visit this place, you have not seen the beauty of Windhoek Namibia.

We even get to enjoy 600ml coke that we don't have in South Africa.
That another thing we enjoyed by being at single quarters. 🙌
