"The museum is in an active military base, so you need to sign with security, with ID for a pass.
The museum is in two parts. One is the history of Dutch calvary and the regiment (all in dutch). In the other building, are the tanks, APCs and armoured cars/recon vehicles."

"Was really great to find this Gem. Arriving at the gates, we were unsure if we should be there at all..
Just a simple sign in are were were greeted by one of the museum volunteers. What great people with a love of the museum and meeting people. We enjoyed our time strolling around and then were lead to heavy iron on show. We had hands-on experience with some of the worlds most famous armour.
Thanks to all there for making us so welcome and all the work that goes into this display. D"

"If you have an interest in military history you need to visit this smallish museum. It focuses on the history of the Dutch cavalry and the evolution into AFVss, from the 17th to 21st centuries Main building has lots of exhibits, photos and models. The vehicle collection is impressive and located in a seperate building which you need escorted to as the museum is on a live Military Bas. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Impressive collection of working vehicles along with quite a few located around the immediate area. Dont forget you will need ID to gain access but all very straightforward. Well recommended."
