Terrible terrible experience. I was given a spa experience for my birthday as a gift. We had a couples massage and facial booked.
The check-in was rushed. The massage was terrible. It felt like the masseuse was tapping her fingers instead of actually using hands to do a proper massage. I also got a facial which was over €100. Unfortunately, it was the worst facial I got. Half the time I was left on the bed while the therapist was walking around chatting. While the facial was going on, someone also kept opening the door and kept speaking - not relaxing at all! I don’t think this spa has professional and trained masseuse.
The area around the pool was dirty with hair on the floor. It’s like it hasn’t been clean in weeks. Shocking to see the terrible quality of this place they call a spa.

"I have visited the spa twice. The facilities offer many opportunities for extra relax in addition to the treatments with a sauna, steam room, pool and jacuzzi. The temperature of the pool is lovely (warm). The treatment rooms are well decorated. The spa offers a wide variety of unique treatments but I do feel like they are slightly over priced."
