"I had very good first impression about the place, so I decided to open membership and follow the obligatory course. However, after paying for membership it turned out that I'd have to wait 2 weeks (that I pay for) for the next available lesson. And this all cannot be found online to provide for better planning, as you can't book the lessons without membership and opening membership can only be done in person (which is ridiculous). Luckily the administration agreed to postpone my membership to the time when I can actually make use out of it. Still, wasted 2 hours commuting and several weeks waiting on when could (and should) be doable online in 2 clicks :("
