"A beautiful forest. It's quite expansive, and on the northeast side, you can even walk straight onto the vast Ginkel Heath. You can easily enjoy a lovely walk here for 1-3 hours. The paths are good, mostly fairly hard-packed with gravel and sand. Because of its size, you'll encounter few people, especially on the east side. There are several nature reserves where you're not allowed to enter and must walk around. On the west side, there's a beautiful, large area where dogs are allowed off-leash. It's very quiet, with only the slight sound of the highway and railway on the south side."
