"Atmosphere obviously nice in the hustling center of Haarlem. Unfortunately, the wait staff have not been trained, have no idea where tables are positioned & ignore you when you try to get some attention (ordering/paying). Super disappointed with the eggs florentine (without salmon) came out with salmon on it, after informing the staff, they took it away and were back within 2 minutes with the florentine without salmon, which had aromas of fish smell still on it - had to swap dishes with my partner as the food took so long to come out it just wasn’t worth the hassle to wait for it to be properly made again as ordered.
TLDR - they’re too busy for their own good unfortunately, focus on a system and training."
