You get escorted to small cinema where the History of Harderwijk is explained, then a door pops open and you get into a magical bar where you can interact with characters from different periods that tell something about the history of Harderwijk. Very entertaining and family friendly!
The museum tells about their city rights, the Lost University that the famous Lineaus graduated, the low lives that joined the Dutch colonial armies that free people from all over the world, a safe haven for Belgian soldiers from the First World War and many more interesting facts.
