The municipality will be renovated for 28.6 million euros and I think they will get this money from the parking fines.

"I try to call them several times. They hang up on me directly when they found I speak English. Or let me wait in a line for so long then 1 person pick it up directly tell me they can't not speak English. I do know, I am in the Netherlands, I am trying so hard to learn Dutch. So in other cases, I understand I have to speak Dutch. But seriously even in government organization there's no one who can speak English?? And they decided directly hang up on me?? I am also a citizen here who needs help."
