Reviews Summary
The Python is a beloved Efteling classic, praised for its thrilling double loops and smooth ride experience, making it a must-do for thrill-seekers. While queues can be long, the ride's historical significance and exciting inversions make it a memorable attraction. Some visitors have noted issues with staff assigning seats, but overall, it's a highly recommended roller coaster.
"The Python is a really nice roller coaster ride. It's fast speed good turns with upside down twists. The queues can be long, on bank holidays, schools week off especially be prepared for up to 1 hour waiting. The staff is nice and helpfull, all speaking good English. Recommend giving it a go, it's fun. It's situated in the same place where the other roller coasters are. From the ground it doesn't seam that high, but while going up to start the 1st upside down twist you realise how high you are. You can keep your small backpack between your legs it won't move even when upside down due to the speed the G-force."

"Actually we LOVE this ride, but had a horrible experience with "Dennis" who was on a power trip assigning seats. Every ride, they will mostly let us wait for a chosen seat (up front or back seat) if safe. Python also we wait for the front. The lines were short, the ride would be closed the next day for maintenance, so we couldn't understand why it was so important to him that we couldn't wait for the front. Super disappointed that an experience can be ruined by a 25 year old on some high that he finally has power somewhere. He shouldn't be working in customer service."

"I was told that Mr Pieck was not at all too thrilled about having a roller coaster at his theme park but that it did attract more visitors. In any case, this was my first ever roller coaster experience and I have never regretted it. I still think this is one of the best coasters ever. It is smooth, it is exciting and the thrill of an ever growing suspense as you slowly make your way to the top. I do think it is a pity that they got rid of the characterisics noisy clicks going uphill."
