"So many stairs, 508. It's quite a climb, but once you reach the top, you're treated to the most beautiful view. It's also a great place to exercise and improve your fitness. For my job, I started by climbing the stairs a few times. I've since made it a sport, and my fitness has improved considerably. At first, I was out of breath and felt like my heart was in my throat when I reached the top. Now I can quickly walk up and down stairs several times in a row, two steps at a time. This is also a good way to burn calories and break a sweat. So far, I've only seen benefits from climbing the stairs."
