"Always on time. Very reasonable prices. Lots of destinations. Clean inside, warm or chill depending on weather conditions. Helpful drivers. A nice way to see places and have a general idea of the region you want to explore."

"Kinda hard to find the first time you go but it’s nice once you figure it out. There are plenty of benches and street lights around."

"If i could choose zero starts i would.
My bus was scheduled at midnight and by accident i have booked a ticket for day earlier. Sunday at midnight, instead of monday… from Maastricht to Brussels. Same line, same time. I arrived to the stop, without being aware I missbooked and tried to enter the bus. Driver and the bus controler were both not speaking english or any other language (french, herman or dutch…) but only slovak. I showed my ticket and the qr was not working. Even if THERE WAS PLACE LEFT on the bus, the woman didn’t want to sell me a new ticket. The whole bus was waiting so we try to understand each other and see if she will help me get home. This was the last bus and only transport I could take. The person on the first seat has booked 2 seats and had a free place next to her. She offered it and said it’s no problem for her if i take it. We tried every translation possible in order to explain my mistake to the woman. Finally, she just didn’t want to help me and asked me if i had 20€ on me to give her. I never have cash on me these days… so pure bribery, no human help what so ever. I drove MANY times on flix bus and this was surely my last ride. I will NEVER use this service and support this mafia organised, unfriendly company."
