"Very nice view of the city, so worth going here if you are in the area. However, the ticketing options on their purchase screens were very confusing (packages that made it unclear what was included) and the staff assistants were not very polite or helpful. If I were the proprietors, the purchase options should just be made as a lift to the main viewing level and an optional add-on for the 7 minute ride in the glass elevator to the very top. By the way, we had to wait 45 minutes in the cold wind for the glass elevator ride. Wasn’t worth it unless you might be into the thrill (which it really wasn’t). View from main platform is just as good."
