It’s a UNESCO World Heritage building.
Our guide was a student in architecture and he enjoyed sharing all his knowledge about the factory and more. He shared with us info on architectural details used in the building which I thought was inspiring and mind blowing considering it was built in the 1920s.
Before booking the guided tour, I didn’t expect to learn so much about this historical and important building and the brand and story behind it.
The photos won’t mean anything until the tour is taken or unless there is already some knowledge on the Van Nelle Factory."
