"Very disappointing experience.
We have a wide range of coverages with Interpolis — including car insurance, travel insurance, house insurance, work-related legal insurance, and consumer protection, among others. Despite paying for such comprehensive coverage, the service has been frustrating and unreliable.
Every time we call, we have to wait at least 40 minutes just to speak with someone. In our last two interactions, we were told that our legal insurance didn’t cover the issue at hand — even though we had already paid extra in the past to upgrade our plan after a similar situation.
Today, we contacted them regarding a different legal matter and were told once again that we don’t have the necessary coverage. This is unacceptable. We chose to pay more precisely to have peace of mind, and yet we continue to feel unprotected and misinformed.
It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing. For the amount we pay, we expected better transparency and support."
