"Huge local library in the middle of Utrecht Centrum. I'm so stunned after passing the entrance gate, foreigner can also enter it freely without any cost. The ground floor is like a communal space with several desks, 1-2 cafes at the corners. Visitors can use the elevator and escalators to reach the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor which contained the main books collection. Many students use the upper floor to focus on their studies. I guess if you want to borrow the book and print some reference, you should be a member first. Obviously we can see bicycles parking area at the outside, but maybe it's difficult for car user."
