It’s a 20 minute bike ride to Utrecht. It’s a cute town. No gym. It has most shops you will need though. I don’t know about social life.

can't figure out if it's a safe area or not, it seemed quite run down and the flat would be 1300£ which is steep af but as I'm not from utrecht I can't tell if it's worth it... any tips?
