"What an amazing room! The view from our super-large windows is simply breathtaking. I'm extremely impressed! Plus, the neighborhood is fantastic.
The staff is truly exceptional, especially the wonderful woman who took care of the cleaning. Her kindness and attention made us feel very welcome and comfortable."

"Warning, if you book same day this hotel same day, you cannot trust the staff to respond.. I booked a room at 5:30pm and arrived at 8:30 and there was no staff in the building and no response by email/text/ phone call.. after waiting two hours I had to book alternative accommodations 30 min away.. they need a better system for accepting their guests… they emailed me at 9:30am the next day.. this is unacceptable"
