I figured this out late after I hike the woods behind a hotel nearby to get to Radelbaan. Turned out, there’s no road leading to the Radelbaan, I arrived in front of a creepy abandoned theme park with the sign “enter at your own risk”. I walked down the hill as fast as I could. Should have just ride the kabelbaan. Yeah, you live and you learn"
