"A beautiful place to visit but I think it would be totally awesome when there's more snow on the surrounding hills. Takes a while to get there too."

"Awesome place for lord of the rings fans.
There is a toilet at the carpark but suggest to use the one at the earlier stop.
Need to follow the follow the markers not the wide gravel path.
There were cows grazing the lands. Some cows actually came really close to us. Need to be careful around them.
There are gates along the way that you need to open and close. Someone forgot to close the gate and some cows came out of the boundary, resulted in the cow loitering and running around the gates.
There are a few bridges along the way. Maximum one person crossing at a time.
The trail is not shaded so good to wear a cap. The last part is a more steep climb. It is super windy at the top.
Worth the visit, the drive in is also very scenic and beautiful."

"Fantastic experience! A must for all Lord of the Rings fans. The drive over can be a bit difficult, but well worth it.
For parking, it is at the "Public Bathroom" spot to the right of this. Time in total is like 45min up, just follow the signs.
The view from the top is awe-inspiring. There are very few people who visit this. It is not a very difficult hike, but it does get tough for like 10min, then the rest is a walk."
