Follow for more inspo 🥰 This is the commuter ferry between downtown Auckland and Devonport ⛴️ Running usually every 30 mins depending on time of day. Check Google for sunset time and head out around then, then back for the city lights 🌅 It’s only $5.40 / adult with the Hop card or less if you’re a child / student etc ✔️ One of my favourite things to do in Auckland! For the best views 😍

Reviews Summary

Travelers appreciate the Western Line for its scenic routes and access to natural attractions like the Waitakere Ranges. The convenience of parking at stations and the integration with bus services are also highlighted. However, some find fares can be high, and construction for the City Rail Link can sometimes cause disruptions.

"A very nice end-of-the-line train station with plenty of car parking spaces, and a bus stop just a stone throw away makes it very easy to have your journey. To make it even better, there is a great café just the opposite side of platform 1, as well as a few playgrounds nearby. The route is quite scenic too."
