What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Awakeri Hot Springs offers a budget-friendly escape with its main draw being the consistently praised, perfectly heated hot pools. While the natural thermal waters are a significant highlight, some guests have noted that the accommodation facilities can be outdated and in need of maintenance, with issues ranging from wear and tear to potential amenity shortcomings. The staff are generally regarded as kind and helpful, contributing to a positive overall experience for those prioritizing relaxation and value.
"Kind and helpful staff. Loved the hot pool. Room facillities are outdated however everything you need is the room. Our cabin had loose, uneven flooring going into the bedroom. Soft beds and pillows and plenty of linen."

"So first of all, the room that sleeps “six people” I DONT THINK SO. “Double bed” I DONT THINK SO. If you’re advertising a room for six people why does the hot water run out after two showers?? Seems like ya taking on a bit more than ya can handle 😂
Also mildew all over the room, ewww.
Massive red stain on the carpet in the bedroom too, so not a good look.
Many suspicious brown stains on the walls, ewwwww
Not to mention THE ANT INFESTATION, sort it out buddy.
Sincerely, the valued guests from flat 5☺️"

"My family and I stayed for the weekend we stayed in motel B don't get me wrong we had a lovely stay the pools are always on point the temperature is just right. And also can't moan about price of motels they nice and cheap, would I go back yea I would love it. But my review are on the rooms, the lights outside on walkways, uneven surfaces on road way to pools, and also the kids playground.
Room
1. Oil heater is really outdated still didn't heat room up.
2. No power points in room
3. Because it's winter you need more heating in rooms or fix windows.
4. Fix TV problem 😞 room B only channel was 3 on all channels.
5. Holes in floors by entrance of room
6. Sliding doors of small motels need to be fixed really hard to open my partner said you have to lift and slide. As his mother stayed in this one.
Outside
1. Uneven surfaces of road - potholes
2. Walkway light turns on and off
3. Playground is really unsafe
4. Paving around the BBQ area are uneven and not safe."
