"The accommodation was roomy, well located, tidy and with the expected operating tools and appliances. However, with no tenants instruction manual, and the wrong phone number to contact Diane, we had difficulties. Subsequently, after help from the I-Site, email contact was established. Then, for the last 4 days of our 7-day stay, we had no TV reception or air conditioning. This was because of PLANNED maintenance work that we weren't aware of. Despite some financial compensation, we would never have booked if we had been aware of the above problems."
