"I had a wonderful experience here on Monday 18th December ‘23.
The place was pumping with people posting last minute items.
The staff were all friendly & helpful.
In particular “Vanessa” was beyond helpful & her patience with everyone was fantastic, especially me, who unfortunately needed more help than most to get my goods posted to Australia.
She smiled throughout the entire process.
Her pleasant personality during such a busy time was very refreshing.
Give this amazing lady a pay rise please 🌻"
