"Sam was excellent at explaining everything and calming some nerves prior to the trip. I also thought it was lovely to hear about Māori culture and how that related to the river we were rafting on. We had Caruzo as our guide who was also excellent and kept us all safe throughout the trip while also having a good sense of humour. The river was warm, we were provided with wetsuits, water shoes and jackets. Out of all of the activities we did in Rotorua, this was certainly the best and I couldn’t recommend it more"
