"This a nice walk with great views from the top. We took 40mins to walk to Rocky Knoll and took photos from both picnic tables. We came back via the loop track and lookout. The track is well marked and has some mud in places but appears to be well maintained. As it is uphill I would allow 2.5 hrs return if going to Rocky Knoll with younger childten or ealkets struggling with fitness. Note this is on private land and can only be viewed, not accessed.
The beach also makes it a worthwhile visit.
