At the end of our your of the South Island we need to drive from Dunedin back to CHC, about a 5 hour drive. I was trying to break it up with 1 or 2 short stops, but I'm not finding much. Any recommendations for sights or attractions along that route?

We visited over the period of the lights festival and it was really awesome!
Nice walk round tye place with entertainment with musical backdrop. Some fast food stands and playground was built.
There was a fee to enter but was an acceptable amount for the event. Ticket could be purchased online but also at the entrance.
Throughly enjoyed the visit there."
