I love the outside area: a nice white building with a high porch and a neat lawn at the front; a gazebo with a small very green park in the backyard and around the building. There is an alley of neatly trimmed old trees and historical buildings. The area has a 'bohemean' charm: old factory buildings house clay workshops, photostudio, interior design and antique shops. Somehow being there just gives me peace of mind and joy."
