"💥I just want to share this 💥
If you are going in the mountains please beware that this is tough terrain ⛰️ do follow tracks and don't go off, it's so easy to stuck due to the hard climbing or downhill, for a good trained person this will be hard if you get lost.
Do not trust maps to get you down, so be aware of this before the trip if it's necessary.
Don't trust your eyes on those steep downhills, they are not worth the risk, il add some photo. Seems like you can get down but suddenly you find yourself on a shelf with a long drop, the return is so hard so don't even try.
I was lucky 😇 we have a fantastic rescue team that found me with a helicopter 🚁
I was not lost but I trusted the maps and went off trails, did try to get down but that was impossible.
Anyway it's beautiful up there 😍 but stay safe❤️"

"This park is spectacular. A dramatic landscapes with magnificent mountains and waterfalls.
We went during autumn and the colour of the grass and the forest are really impressive. However, be aware of rainy and stormy weather in this region during this season.
We did the Krejag hike on the very windy and rainy day. For a whole day, there were only 2 of us and the other couple made it to the Krejag rock. Bad weather can make the hike really tough and you couldnt see much of the view from the top. But for us, the beautiful landscape during the hike was worth it already.
There is a hut in midway of the hike but only for emergency.
The trail is quite well marked with red arrow. Just follow the red sign, the metal chain/pole and the stack of rocks then you are in the right track.
Parking is 300nok."
