"Very interesting place. We combined the Frame and the Kon-Tiki which made two smaller museums into one larger visit with quite differing perspectives. The history of polar exploration was fascinating, but the highlight was being able to go aboard the Fram and wander the interior imaging those men trapped in the ice for years with a long unrelenting winter as they slowly drifted. Not for the faint of heat. One thought for others was that we took the bus from near the station, which is about a 28 minute trip, but the bus or the driver was so unsmooth that my wife was nearly sick and left me feeling quesy. We took the ferry back which felt much quicker and despite being on water was much easier on the stomach."
