What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Lilleputthammer is highly recommended for families with young children (1-9 years old), praised for its charming miniature village, gentle rides, and relaxed atmosphere with ample shaded seating. While some visitors wish for more food variety and better ventilation on the train, the overall experience is considered a great family day out, often preferred over larger parks for its child-centric design and peaceful ambiance.
"Fantastic place for children under 7 and adults. But could have been more eating places inside as they close after a certain time. Oh and while the train ride is nice, it was stuffy inside. They could hv open some windows inside so more fresh air comes in while the ride is on."

"Went here in october for høstferie. The place is really nice if the weather was better. It is as per the expectations. Better food choices would have been nice"

"Great place to visit with a family. As advertised perfect for 1-9 years old kids. Lots of fun activities.
Best for us as parents was many sitting places with shadow, trees everywhere, chill atmosphere all over the place (no music playing from each direction), peace and quiet. We've spent there whole day and our heads weren't exploding.
One big minus for prices on food and drinks but still less expensive then Hunderfossen. We've been to both places in 2 days and we will choose Lilleputthammer every time.
Thumbs up to the crew for being chill and helpful at all times.
Highly recommend!"
