The trail is clearly visible, and marked with red T's like almost every other trail in Norway, and is pretty easy. There are some rivers to get across, but it's also easy to walk on the rocks there. There are also some places with mud, especially in rainy weather.
There is a waterfall you can see near the hiking route if you go a bit where the sign says væhæniva.
From Gargia you have to continue on the dirt road, where most holes are avoidable. Then you park at the end on a slab of stone."
