Reviews Summary
Hiran Minar is praised as a peaceful historical getaway combining nature and heritage, ideal for family outings and quiet picnics. Visitors appreciate the unique minaret, the scenic pond, and the clean, well-maintained park. However, a significant drawback is that the main historical area is often closed to the public for commercial shoots, leading to disappointment for some.
"A peaceful historical getaway!
Hiran Minar Park is truly a hidden gem in Sheikhupura. This place beautifully combines nature and history — perfect for a weekend family outing or a quiet picnic spot. The tall minar (built in memory of a pet deer) stands as a unique historical structure, and the surrounding water tank adds to the charm of the whole site.
The park is clean, well-maintained, and has ample space for kids to play. The walking paths around the water give a scenic vibe, especially during sunset. You’ll often find families enjoying boating or just relaxing under the trees.
Parking is usually easy, and entrance fees are quite affordable. There's also a calm, almost spiritual atmosphere here — perfect for people looking to disconnect from the noise of city life.
Highly recommended for history lovers, families, and anyone looking to enjoy nature and heritage in one place."

"Visited Hiran Minar Park with a friend and had a lovely time. The place perfectly blends history and nature, with the tall minar and water tank creating a beautiful atmosphere. We enjoyed watching a couple of love birds and families relaxing around. The park is peaceful, clean, and great for a calm outing away from the city noise. A nice spot to unwind and enjoy both heritage and nature together."

"Not at all worth the visit if you're specifically going to see Hiran Minar.
Unfortunately, the main area where most people go to take photos and videos is permanently closed to the general public. It’s only accessible for commercial brand shoots or bridal/engagement photography, which is quite disappointing considering it’s a government owned historical site.
There are only a few deer left, and the overall experience feels more like a basic public park than a heritage destination.
Costs:
Entry Ticket: Rs. 50 per person
Car Shuttle (optional ride around the area): Rs. 800–1200 (not worth it at all)
Car Parking: Rs. 100
Unless you're nearby and just want a basic park outing, I wouldn’t recommend making a special trip just to see Hiran Minar."
