Upon arriving, one can get a tour of the building, just make sure to wear business casual (collared shirts and no exposed shoulders), but flip-flops are okay! Sometimes, tours are cancelled if no one is working in the office, but most weekdays work."

All countries start from small beginning, trials and hardship. I think, progress is coming. My first entry to this county was 2006. At this moment, some things are happening in Port Moresby. Many more are needed, but it is changing and developing. Let's give this country a time and support their local leaders.
