What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise the cleanliness and comfort of hotels in the Colca Canyon region, with many highlighting friendly and helpful staff. The portable heaters provided are a welcome amenity for the chilly nights. While breakfast is often described as basic, it's sufficient for starting the day's adventures. Some guests note that hot water can take time to warm up, but it is available.
"Very clean and bright hotel. The room gets cold at night, so the small portable heater came in very handy. Breakfast was basic. The staff was always friendly and helpful."
David
"Lovely clean and comfortable hotel. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We appreciated them booking our own guide to go and see the condors. Rooms are impeccably clean. People who have said there is not hot water isn't quite true - you just have to wait a while. Will stay here on our return trip."
Harry Terry
"My friends and I had three single rooms and we found this an excellent place to stay. The rooms were small but nicely furnished. My bed had the best mattress I've had in Peru. Plenty of blankets to keep warm in the cold Andean night. Each room also had a small electric heater. The desk staff were very helpful. The breakfast was nothing special but it filled our bellies before we went out to the canyon. Also, we reserved direct via the WhatsApp number and got rooms for a bit over half of what the online booking places charge. We highly recommend this hotel."
