If you come to Sullana you must stop by there walking towards Marcavelica to drink iced sunflower seed water, a simple but unforgettable experience, do not drink too much of that water because it is said that whoever drinks three sunflower seeds in a row will not want to leave and if they do they will come back!!!!"
