The servers were warm, approachable, and proactive, especially Angel who stood out with excellent service.
As for the food, there’s room for improvement. We tried the ramen, but it tasted more like Chinese beef noodles than Japanese-style ramen. On the other hand, the chicken inasal was flavorful and satisfying.
All in all, it was an enjoyable visit, and I’d recommend this place for its location, service, and ambiance."

"Various improvements are needed in their food selection, table settings and most specially customer service.
This is what had happened:
1. No one will guide you where to park. There's a vacant lot few meters from the establishment, and we just followed the other cars. Motorcycles are parked on the street.
2. Follow the stairs and find our way up. The attendant said we could pick where we wanted to sit. No feeling of welcome
3. Their chairs are uncomfortable, hard and small
4. Limited options for food. No service water. The corn in our Bulalo is spoiled. Pistachio cake is pricey (399p) for its taste. Shanghai is not neatly wrapped, they are in uneven edges; tastes just fine.
5. Their response when we informed them about the spoiled corn is —“it is newly cooked”.
There was no apology and no one come to us to talk about the spoiled corn.
With that experience, we pay 8% service charge

"Celebrated our wedding anniversary here! The service was always on hand, even when it started to drizzle, someone was right there to assist. Picture time? May assist agad! The food? absolutely loved it. The place? beautiful! I especially loved the hanging bridge. At first, it felt a bit intimidating (and looked expensive 😅), but it was totally worth it. The best part? The stunning sunset! Definitely coming back. ❤️"
