What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Buenos Aires Mountain Resort offers an affordable day trip experience with refreshing spring-fed pools and a botanical garden. However, visitors frequently cite issues with facility maintenance and inconsistent staff service, making overnight stays less advisable.
"First time visiting after recent renovation. Very bad experience with most of the staff.
No issue with admitting. Once we got to the gate, i asked if i can take my car and park outside since I'm a PWD that has trouble walking + we did not have a cottage, the staff at the gate said the lot is full when it clearly wasnt. After 30mins, they let 3cars in, sprawled in spaces that blocked pathways.
My car was parked outside facing the gate, i have footage that i spoke with them and they denied it.
A personel and lifeguard were kind enough to give me and my family a spot and chair near the pool. I'm thankful but overall, was a horrible experience aside from the select courteous staff.
Reported complaint to admin office and showed them video caught by my dashcam."

"Nice place for a swim to an Olympic size pool. Lot's of pools and the spring water is ice-cold.
Nothing much has changed or improved since my visit which means there's a maintenance issue.
Great for day tour but not ideal for a short/long term stay."

"I visited this place last 3 years ago and I haven't seen any improvements or changes to improve the facilities. It would have been better if the city government added up some more attractions. But not too much to damage the river/creek. Start the changes on the selection of flowers planted near the villa. Wouldn't hurt if you try different varieties and colors."
