What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the Baguio Botanical Garden for its well-maintained beauty, refreshing atmosphere, and cultural displays, making it a scenic and educational outing. While many enjoy the improvements and affordability, some feel the inclusion of artificial attractions detracts from its botanical identity and suggest better informational signage.
"What a beautiful and well-maintained park 💗 We enjoyed our time here even though it was raining a lot. There are a lor of bathrooms and places to stay and eat. We enjoyed coffee by the cafe near the entrance of the park.
Wear comfortable shoes since it’s also an eco trail (with pavement). I was with seniors so it took us about 2 hours to go around the park and it was raining too so we had breaks."

"Our visit to Baguio Botanical Garden was a refreshing escape into nature! The moment we entered, we were greeted with the cool Baguio breeze and the calming scent of pine trees and blooming flowers. The garden has definitely improved over the years — it’s cleaner, more organized, and more scenic!
There are beautiful walking paths, photo spots, and cultural displays that highlight the rich heritage of the Cordilleras. We loved the native huts and Igorot statues — very educational for the kids and a great photo opportunity for the whole family.
It’s also nice that there are shaded areas to rest and clean comfort rooms available. Entrance fee is very affordable, making it a great spot for budget-friendly family bonding. Don’t forget to try the street food and souvenir stalls outside too!
Overall, a must-visit when you’re in Baguio — perfect for nature lovers, families, and those looking for peaceful moments in the city of pines. 🌲💚"

"The place is enormous! Be ready to walk and slightly hike (optional). This place is best for people who are interested in flora.
You can explore all you can. There is no time limit, we stayed the whole day.
On top of that, you can buy food, coffee, and plants inside.
4-star because the entrance fee could still be lower. 100 pesos per head may not be affordable, especially for bigger groups."
