The entrance fee and potential heat during the day are points to consider for visitors.

So much good seating and simple nooks - with very comfortable pillows and stuff.
Stayed for a good 10hrs+ here.
Wasnt hot as every spot had a fan.
Unmatched sunset view of Laguna de bay and the entire esst side of NCR.

"Upon entering the village you need to pay 100 it was fine until I saw on the receipt ‘’ PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK ‘’ so I need to be worried about it? Like why do I need to pay if its not safe haha kidding! So be safe then because they are not liable if something happen to your vehicle.
We had to pay 175 pesos to visit the place but I was not expecting that even a baby has to pay to get inside the art cafè, like a 1 year old won’t even understand it anyway.
The view and the place was ok nmn, a bit hot so if you want to visit this place come by 5pm onwards to really appreciate the place.
The food was basic nothing special like the art works.
If you are looking for better view try the other two cafès nearby :)"

Upon entry, they charge you an entrance fee to enter their establishment, ~175 peso, they don't issue a receipt here and will refuse. The meal is roughly around 200-300 pesos, bought a 4 slice pizza and the serving is relatively small. Furthermore, I saw on the pickup area, they had a pizza box that does not seem to belong, this was seen a few minutes after we ordered a pizza (see pictures). I no longer took a pic of our meal upon seeing the pizza box.
The staff seems to be disorganized where they mixed up the orders on the previous table and even ours. They also charge their customers with service charge on the meals even tho they do not provide any service water or even deliver the meal to you (they give you a buzzer and you pick the meal on their pick up area). They do offer condiments on the side for free. (you have to get it on your own)
The art sector gallery, there are just a few art pieces displayed in the area, but most of the art there does not even have a name/title or even state the name of the artists, it feels more like a rich man's crib that just decided to display their art painting from their mansion. (See photos)
In the afternoon, this place is hot, they have fans but not enough to make you feel cool, not recommended to go there during this hour. But around sunset the view is amazing. The view encompasses metro manila, parts of laguna and the sierra madre, the lights from the city in the night makes its view a magnificent view. I would have said this is worth the payment but the neighbouring establishments offers also the same view without any additional charges.
Overall: NOT RECOMMENDED. Food may be Outsourced. Staff in disarray. Waiting time for the food is long, even a simple drink will take more than 10 minutes to serve. Art feels kinda there to justify the entrance fee. There seems to be a charge for each and everything you do. The view offered is free to view in neighbouring establishments. The parking guy is nice tho."

The Art Sector Experience
Beyond the art, the cafe aims to provide a relaxing ambiance, with some reviewers mentioning an Enya playlist contributing to a rural yet urban vibe. The seating areas are described as comfortable, with ample pillows and nooks for lounging. However, the comfort can be challenged by the heat, especially during the afternoon, necessitating the use of fans. The Pomeranian gallery, a quirky addition, also offers a lighthearted element to the visit.
Overall, the art sector aims to be a multi-sensory destination. While the art itself might be a point of discussion, the combination of the gallery, cafe, and the panoramic views creates a distinct atmosphere that many find appealing for a day trip or a leisurely afternoon.
Capturing the Views: Sunset & City Lights
As dusk settles, the view transforms into a mesmerizing tapestry of twinkling city lights. This nocturnal panorama is equally captivating and provides a different, yet equally impressive, photographic subject. While the view is a major draw, some reviews point out that similar vistas can be enjoyed at neighboring establishments without an entrance fee, which is something to consider when planning your visit.
For those looking to enhance their photographic experience, bringing a drone is an option, though it incurs an additional fee. Regardless of the equipment used, the expansive views from ArtSector Gallery & Chimney Cafe 360 are undeniably a highlight, making it a popular spot for those seeking scenic backdrops and memorable photo opportunities.
Dining and Service: Mixed Reviews
Service is another area where opinions vary. Some staff members are praised for being friendly and helpful, with specific individuals being called out for providing good service. However, other reviews mention disorganization, order mix-ups, and long waiting times for both food and simple drinks. The implementation of a service charge, despite the lack of service water and the self-pickup system for food, has also been a point of contention for some guests.
Payment options include GCash and cash, and gallery tickets can be purchased online. Despite the varied feedback on food and service, the availability of drinks and beer, along with the overall ambiance, contributes to the cafe's appeal for many visitors looking for a place to relax and enjoy the scenery.
