My friend and I enjoyed a fantastic time at the resort last Sept and we can't wait to share our positive experience. From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, efficient, and helpful setting a wonderful tone for our entire trip. The commitment to excellent service was evident in every staff interaction we had.
The recreational activities were a major highlight of our stay! We truly had so much fun and time flew by thanks to the engaging offerings and the outstanding staff who run them.
A special and huge thank you goes to Anton from Sports/Recreational. Anton was absolutely wonderful! He was friendly, highly informative, and clearly very well-trained. He made sure we were aware of all the options available and helped us make the most of our time. Anton's enthusiasm and knowledge truly elevated our experience.

"Everything was exceptional. The services are great. We had to wait upto 2 PM for check in but thereafter everything was great.
The rooms are big, clean, comfy with a great view. The pools and amenities are amazing. Services of all the employees are great. Very courteous and helpful. It is a great property. You can spend the whole day in the resort relaxing without getting bored at all."

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with such a warm welcome that instantly set the tone for our stay. And then walking into our room and finding a special anniversary wine waiting for us, honestly it really felt like the hotel went out of its way to make our celebration extra special.
The Filipino buffet was another highlight. The food, the atmosphere, and especially the folk dances showcasing different cultures from around the Philippines made the whole evening unforgettable.
But what truly made our stay stand out was Sir Anton from Sports. He made everything feel even more worthwhile. He genuinely took care of us and helped us with everything we needed. He made us feel like valued guests the entire time. His kindness really stayed with us.
The weather may not have been the best during our visit, but the warmth and hospitality of the crew (especially Anton) made up for everything. Because of them, our stay became something truly memorable. We will be back! ✨"
