What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Balinmanok Shipwreck Dasol offers a serene and uncrowded beach experience with a unique shipwreck attraction. While the natural beauty and peaceful ambiance are highly praised, visitors note that the facilities, particularly bathrooms, need significant upgrades. The saltwater supply and occasional issues with amenities are drawbacks, but the friendly hospitality often makes up for it.
"We stayed here last April 26-28 and it was a good experience. The beach has fine, close to white sand, and the water is really blue. The place has a calm, peaceful vibe to it. Not much people were around hence the quiet environment. The resort is located in the middle of the whole stretch of beach, and if you want to walk towards both ends of the beach, you can do so in less than 15 minutes. On the left side, you can climb up a viewing deck to watch the sunrise.
The bathrooms need improvement though, in the Square House were we stayed, the bathroom floors were slippery and the toilet flush wasn't working.
The refrigerator also wasn't cooling properly maybe because it was outside and the weather was so hot. They offered to have our food placed in their personal ref. The next day, they just gave us another ref that we could use.
Overall, it was a great stay and would love to come back again!"

"The place looks nice, but there were a few things that really bothered us. First off, ang daming langaw(nothing against the resort tho). It was hard to enjoy eating or just hanging out because they were everywhere.
Also, there are a lot of coconut trees with buko still hanging — which honestly felt unsafe. You have to keep checking above your head just in case one falls. Most resorts usually harvest them to avoid accidents, so I was surprised they just left them there.
Lastly, the rates felt too expensive for something that's supposed to be camping. Kaya nga camping di ba? It didn’t really feel worth the price.
Overall, the place could be better if they fixed these things. But for now, I probably wouldn’t go back."

"3 star for now... The beach is good but the common restrooms are not. And the water both in the toilet, shower and lavatory for dishes are salt water i hope they improved there water supply."
