"The location of the theatre is accessible as it is located in Circuit Makati. There is enough parking spaces and the fee is not expensive unlike in other theatre locations. I'm not sure if Samsung theatre is new but it is clean, signages are easy to read to make sure guests will not get confused on where to go. It is also PWD friendly as they also have elevators available. Staff were also all around the place and tried to make sure everything is in order. One thing I liked is how they made sure guests were not using their devices inside the theatre which can be a distraction. We visited this place to watch Into the Woods. The theatre has several floors but is also convenient with the escalators available. There was not a dull moment in each floor as it is well lit and decorated. Seats in the theatre were comfortable even if packed as it provides enough room for guests to move their arms without bothering others. It also has a window type of seats to make sure that the people seating behind will not be blocked by watching the performance. Even when seated in the left side area, we were still able to enjoy the show as the stage was visible for us to see. Just be advised that the theatre is cold so make sure to bring light sweaters to cover your arms."

"Aug 2025: Second time to watch a performance here. First was "Come From Away" and this time, "Into the Woods" featuring Lea Salonga, Eugene Domingo and Christian Bautista, among other artists. It's new and the seats are well positioned so that even if you're seated at the less premium seats, you still get a good view of the performance. There are plenty of ushers and ingress/egress areas. Btw it's very cold inside so don't forget to bring a jacket or shawl. It's also posh enough to actually dress up for the occasion."
