"We went here for my first Symphony Orchestra. I was impressed. Conductor Alexander Vikulov and the team really did a great job. Also, I didn't expect that I could hear the instruments really well after reading the reviews from Aliw Theatre goers, but it was quite clear. I was just hoping that if the soloist intend to sing some lines they could have prepared a microphone intended for that. Above all, it was a great experience."

"Watched an incredible performance of Swan Lake by Ballet Manila.
The venue looks really old. The seats are incredibly uncomfortable. They are quite wide though. I was sat upfront so I didn’t have issues with legroom. I could not understand anything said through the P.A. system!
Bathrooms are tiny and there is no toilet paper in each cubicle.
To note, there is also no cafe inside the theater, but people can go to the 7Eleven and food court next door.
The staff members are their saving grace. Very professional and welcoming.
Hope they upgrade this place!"

"I’m sorry for the negative review, but my first-time experience at Aliw Theater was very disappointing. I believe the person handling the tickets should be held accountable, if not terminated.
I purchased tickets through the TicketWorld site several days ago. Unfortunately, I lost the card I used for the transaction and had to replace it. At the event, I presented my government-issued ID, my Gmail account, and showed my order history from my TicketWorld account. Despite all this, the staff insisted on seeing the original card I no longer had and refused to release the physical ticket because the card number didn’t match the one used in the transaction.
This kind of treatment makes customers feel like scammers. It was frustrating and disheartening"
