"We have tried their in house training as well as on site training. It happened that on these two seminars,
I have the same guest speaker. The speaker is well equip and knowledgeable on the topics (ISO 9001:2008 and Root Cause Analysis).
There were a lot of group activities which encourage participation, coordination and brain storming on each participant.
On our in house training, they accommodated us immediately. Their proposal and training arrangements are well written,
and complete. On on-site training, you can easily understand the procedures on the payment and rules and regulations.
All the staff were accommodating. I highly recommend it to other companies. Their fee is cheaper but you will see the quality of their works."
