"We visited on October 7, 2025, to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and it was such a wonderful experience! Both of them truly enjoyed it and are already planning to go back. I booked our reservation through Klook, and the process was super convenient—I just had to scan the QR code at the lobby. There’s no birthday discount, but overall, it was definitely worth it for them.
However, I personally left feeling quite upset. I lost my sandals, and only realized they were missing when I checked my locker. The staff did try to help me look for them, which I appreciated, but unfortunately, they couldn’t find them. They also said they couldn’t check the CCTV, which was quite frustrating. I ended up barefoot and uncomfortable. They told me they’d reach out if my sandals were ever found, but honestly, I doubt they’ll actually follow up—it felt more like something they said just to make me feel better at the time.
It’s disappointing that what started out great ended on such an inconvenient note."
