"Very disappointed with my experience at this beach resort. The boat service is taking advantage of customers—prices felt unfair and they kept us waiting far too long. Once we got there, the food was below average and definitely not worth the price. On top of that, the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, which made the stay even less enjoyable. I expected a relaxing trip but instead left feeling frustrated. Definitely not recommended unless they make serious improvements."

RECEPTION ESPECIALLY THE SUPERVISOR ARE UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
Reception especially the supervisor needs a lot more training in understanding online bookings. We booked 2 rooms for 4 adult 1 child thru agoda for 2 nights. They insisted to pay extra for the child per night because they cannot comprehend that we already paid extra online and was clearly stated on our booking. The bald headed supervisor with glasses was the worst as he argued and forced us to pay which in the end we had to pay just to get over it.
Few more complaints like there's no network signal inside the rooms and there's only 1 charging point in the room.
Beware that the food here are very expensive.
And if you walk in, the rooms are was pricey for what its worth."
