"Town Hall in Bielsko-Biała is a neo-Renaissance, historic building located at the Town Hall Square in Bielsko-Biała, administratively within the limits of the Biała Śródmieście estate and within the registration area of Biała Miasto. It was built in the years 1895–1897 according to the design of Emanuel Rost Jr. Originally, it housed the city council of Biała, the Municipal Savings Bank and several other institutions in Biała, as well as the apartments of officials."

"I had to obtain PESEL and Meldunek, arrived here with a family, visa Poland Business Harbour. The staff tried to help in any way they could, many thanks for the help in paperwork. To obtain PESEL, you need to go to the second floor, there is a stand with the forms. The staff at the entrance to the second floor helps to arrange everything, explains what to write and where. If you need only pesel, they lead you to the first floor for submission, the consideration period is 2 weeks (if the reason for PESEL is as a taxpayer). To get a meldunk, on the second floor you need to take an electronic ticket A, the PESEL are given immediately (but a rental agreement is required). Everything is free of charge. I visited this place twice, every time waiting time was the time while you are filling the forms, no queues almost Everyone is very friendly, thank you."
