Reviews Summary

Visitors consistently praise the Blizne Wooden Church for its exceptional beauty and historical significance, particularly its unique nail-less construction and vibrant interior polychromes. The picturesque setting also receives high marks. Some visitors note that interior access can be limited, which can be a drawback for those eager to see the artwork up close.

"The church was built in 1470"

"Absolutely beautiful old wooden church"

Michał Wypych

"A picturesquely located and fantastically exposed wooden church with beautiful polychromes in the interior. A beautiful example of wooden architecture in the region. Unfortunately, it is usually inaccessible in our country, although it is worth noting the availability of a porch separated from the interior by a grate. It is therefore possible, although imperfectly, to look inside. However, I will venture to say that the strongest point of this building is its location, providing a charming panorama with neighboring wooden buildings and an appropriate perspective - it is worth it for this view alone."
