Help with attending Battle of Grunwald as an international tourist?
Hi all, I'm hoping to attend the Battle of Grunwald reenactment in Poland this July. It looks super cool! I’ve been digging through websites and forums, but there’s very little structured info available in English. From what I could gather, the actual reenactment is on 15 July…

Inscenizacja bitwy pod Grunwaldem - warto? (battle of Grunwald reenactment - worth it?)
Inscenizacja trwa 1-1.5h.

What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the Grunwald Battlefield Museum for its modern facilities and excellent presentation of the battle's history. The opportunity to walk the actual battlefield is a significant draw. However, some reviewers note that the historical narrative presented can be heavily biased towards a Polish perspective, with less emphasis on Lithuanian contributions, and that signage is predominantly in Polish, making an audio guide essential for non-Polish speakers.
"The history about battle is told incorrectly by Polish organizers. They constantly minimize the participation of Lithuanian warriors in the battle. The battle was led by Lithuanian King Vytautas while the Polish King was only praying the whole time. The Polish King was also Lithuanian. This propaganda during this festival needs to stop. Even the Polish participants acting in the battle are carrying the flags where Lithuanian symbols are removed. Very disappointing. 3 stars for polish propaganda. Otherwise the festival is 5 Stars."
