What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Guests generally praise Polanica-Zdrój for its excellent food quality, extensive wellness facilities including pools and saunas, and the pleasant atmosphere of the Spa Park. However, some find the rooms to be small and occasionally encounter minor issues with service or amenities like sauna sheets.
"We have spent already three weekend with two children at this hotel. It is about 10min walk from the city center. The hotel has nice playroom for the little ones, big indoor pool, cinema with movies for children every night. Food is polish and tastes very good. If you have half board you have to pay for the alcoholic drinks. Overall nice clean hotel with lovely staff."

"Pros:
- very good food
- large dining room
- two saunas and a steam room
- kettle for hot water and tea in the room
Cons:
- very small rooms, space for only one suitcase
- a bed against the wall without a bedside table
- the reluctant lady at the reception repeatedly gave inaccurate parking instructions (the parking lot around the hotel was full, I had to go three times to ask where I could find a free space before the second receptionist came, who only said that P3 also belongs to the hotel along the way behind the chapel)
- there is no cooling pool in the wellness area
- sauna sheets are not available
- sauna towels are small"

"The hotel is clean and has a nice atmosphere. Breakfast starts a little bit late at 7:30am, but they have a wide variety of foods. Also the diner ends a bit early at 19:30, but then they have a a la carte menu until 21:30 I think, which also has good choices. And I rather prefer the a la carte menu then the normal dinner, as they didn’t have much things I like.
Rooms are nice and tidy. You have a lot of fitness and wellness possibilities as well as an own pool.
A bowling center is also directly attached to the hotel and tennis, volleyball, etc. is also possible."
